A new way of talking about performance is being rolled out across CHI. The new approach focuses on supporting coworkers’ professional and personal development with more feedback and coaching from managers.
Beginning Tuesday, May 29, emails will be sent to coworkers with more information about completing your performance evaluation. You have until June 29 to complete your self-evaluation in Workday.

Self-evaluation is the time to assess your own performance, highlight your successes and identify development opportunities as you prepare for your performance conversation with your supervisor.
