Imagine Your Best Self: Trackers

You can earn $50 per Tracker (Sleep, Water, Steps, Mindful Minutes, Fruit and Veggies). Track your activity in any or all of the below Trackers between January 8, 2018 – September 28, 2018 to receive $50 (per Tracker) in wellness dollars. Make the Trackers more easily accessible by pinning each of them to your Dashboard. Don’t forget to sync your wearable device if you have one. CHI also offers a Wellness Discount program where you can find lower rates on many activity trackers. You will find more information on the discount program later in this guide.

The list below includes all of the Trackers that can be completed to earn wellness dollars and the goal required to earn the reward:

How do I use the Trackers to log my activity?
From the wellness website, go to Menu and select Track. From the Track page, scroll through to see all of the available tracking options. Click on the Tracker you would like to use to access the specific Tracker’s page (i.e. “Steps Tracker” page or “Exercise Minutes Tracker” page). To track activity, input your activity and the date the activity was performed. After selecting “Submit”, you will see the graph reflect your submission. You can also edit or delete any manually entered activity.

I have a device or app that tracks my activity. Can I sync my device or app with the wellness website to automatically track my activity?
You have the option to sync fitness devices that will automatically sync with the wellness website. Located on the bottom of the Track page, and on the Profile page, you will see a
“Manage Devices” button. When clicking here, a pop up will give you the ability to select which device you would like to sync with the wellness website.

What devices and apps are available to sync to the wellness website?
The following are available to sync to the wellness website:

  • MyFitnessPal

What activity syncs with the wellness website?
The wellness website currently syncs the following activity:

How do I sync my device or app to the wellness website?
Click on the Profile or Track page, scroll to the bottom and select “Manage Devices.” Choose your app or device from the selections shown and follow the instructions. If you don’t see your device or app in the available list, please contact us by selecting the “Can’t find it?” button and requesting that we support your device or app. If we receive enough interest in a particular device or app, we may support it in the future.

Can I sync more than one device or app?
Although it’s possible to sync more than one device or app, if you’re participating in a Challenge or receiving wellness dollars for logging exercise, please sync only one device or app to the wellness website. This ensures that your activity is tracked accurately.
