- 4 pieces bacon, chopped
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- Salt & pepper
Directions: In large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Add Brussels sprouts and cook on medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts have started to brown. Add garlic and ginger and cook for another 1–2 minutes, regularly stirring so it doesn’t burn. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
