Add Radish to Pico for a Zesty Twist
Radishes–the November, Harvest of the Month–are popular in traditional Asian cuisine, but they are also a delicious topping for your favorite Mexican fare. Next time you’re making tacos, top them with this delicious recipe for Radish Pico.

- 2 cups radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced (use less for less spice)
- Lime juice, to taste
Directions: In a medium sized bowl mix together all ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or on tacos.
