As temperatures heat up this summer, try cooling down with a Mango Frosty.
This cold treat couldn’t be easier. Just toss mangoes–the June Harvest of the Month–in a food processor along with the other ingredients. Your frosty treat will leave you refreshed in minutes. Click here to print the recipe.
- 3 medium bananas, thinly sliced
- 2 cups frozen mango, chunked
- ¹/4 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¹/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Directions: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place bananas on prepared sheet in a single layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, occasionally stirring and scraping sides. Pour in glasses and eat this frosty treat right away!
