Broderick Blacksher Recognized as a Service Hero at Infirmary

Congratulations to Broderick Blacksher, Valet Parking, for being recognized as a Service Hero at the Infirmary. He put our values into action by demonstrating EXCELLENCE after helping a patient find their vehicle in the parking deck. Read a snip from his nomination:

I discharged a patient to the front door for his wife to pick up. After a few minutes I get a phone call from the patient’s wife, that she is lost and can’t find her car in the parking deck. I went to the front door to see what I could do and Broderick was there and I told him the problem. Without hesitation, he said “no problem, tell her I’m on the way and I’ll help her.” He went and got these people all straightened out. I was so relieved and grateful for his willingness to help our patient and their family. A wonderful and kind gesture! So many thanks to Broderick!
