National Pharmacy Week is Oct. 15-21.

Celebrate our pharmacy team at CHI St. Vincent with these fun facts!

• CHI St. Vincent Pharmacy was highlighted as a best practice site within CHI by Joint Commission in 2016.
• Pharmacists are an integral part of the multidisciplinary care teams at CHI St. Vincent. A Decentralized Clinical Pharmacist rounds each day with the rounding team for the Hospitalist Unit.
• NICU Pharmacists Lynne Betzer, Pharm.D., Randy Harden, Pharm.D., Nan Stiles, Pharm.D., and Trinity Lahti, Pharm.D. were awarded the Lawrence Barnes Servant-Leader Award, given in grateful appreciation for years of humble service, performed in a spirit of reverence, integrity, compassion and excellence; and for inspiring and leading us to higher levels of Christian character.
• CHI St. Vincent Pharmacy now has a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program! The first resident will begin July 2018. Several resident recruiting events are scheduled for Fall of 2017.
