CHI St. Vincent Sponsors Catholic High School’s Rocket 5K

CHI St. Vincent is this year’s presenting sponsor of Catholic High School’s Rocket 5K on April 15, 2023.

The annual event raises money for the Catholic High School Foundation Alumni Association. The money will provide need-based tuition assistance for boys and supplement teacher salaries to retain the best and brightest educators.

The 5K race begins at Catholic High in front of the school, with the race route going along nearby streets and ending with the finish line at the Catholic High football field.

There is also a 3K walk for those who don’t want to run as well as a kids’ 100-meter dash and 300-meter dash for kids ages 10 and younger.

Titus, a German Shepherd who is Catholic High School’s mascot, will also participate by walking in the 3K. Participants are welcome to bring their dogs as well to walk in the 3K along with Titus.

Participants can still register online for the race by clicking here. There is also day-of registration this Saturday onsite beginning at 7 a.m. On Friday, race-day registration is $30. On race day, the registration fee is $35.
