EmployeeCentral, our new HR portal and contact center, is now live. It replaces HR/Payroll Connection.
To visit the new site, go to the Insider and click Rewards then Employee Central (formerly HR/Payroll Connection).
EmployeeCentral is the place to find information about your pay, time off, benefits and more.
The portal is designed to help you get answers to your HR-related questions quickly and easily. It provides multiple ways to find what you’re looking for:
- There is a Google-style search, so you can search EmployeeCentral’s robust knowledge base
- Send a question directly to the HR team
- Or, use our onscreen virtual agent, EVA (short for Employee Virtual Agent), to find what you need: just click on EVA to ask a question. EVA’s smart technology will continually learn from the questions you and your colleagues ask. The EVA icon is to the right so you know what to look for on the site.
EmployeeCentral is a key integration project touches all CommonSpirit Health employees. With this new system, we’re bringing more than 150,000 employees in 21 states closer together to more effectively work for the common good.
