Dennis Meyer Recognized as a Service Hero at Hot Springs
Congratulations to Dennis Meyer, Information Technology, for being recognized as a Service Hero at Hot Springs. He put our values into action by demonstrating EXCELLENCE after responding quickly to multiple technical problems and IT needs. Read a snip from his nomination:
An instructor at NPD was set to teach a CPR class in the Learning Lab and could not get the computer to play the DVD. Dennis immediately came over and helped. He had no obligation to help, but he did and for that I am so very appreciative.
A coworker was about to teach a class and needed additional equipment. Dennis was contacted and came right over. He checked equipment, brought what was needed to have class and smiled the entire time. Thanks for doing a great job with a great attitude and helping us out!
Many departments and units have experienced the level of customer service Dennis provides every day. Whatever the problem that’s encountered, he takes care of it quickly and always with a smile!
