Coworker Survey Extended to May 26
We value your voice and are so grateful for all that you do; that’s why we’re inviting you to complete the annual coworker survey. It provides an opportunity to give feedback that will help improve the employee experience for you and your colleagues.
There are only a few days left to complete the survey, which has been extended until May 26 at 5pm. If you can set aside 10 minutes today to complete the survey, we can use your responses to advance a positive, mission-driven, high-performance culture.
We have used previous survey results advance our culture. For example, last year you said Managers who demonstrate accountability and support employees to do their best work create a stronger sense of community within their teams. Leaders across the ministry received MyCulture insights and resources to support them in building healthy work environments and facilitating culture-shaping discussions with their teams. Your personal link to the survey is in an email you received on May 3 from [email protected] (sent by our survey administration firm, SMD/Press Ganey) inviting you to take the survey. If you can’t find that email, you can also access and complete the survey by visiting MyEmployeeExperience.org and following the login instructions.
There’s a desktop shortcut to MyEmployeeExperience.org on CommonSpirit workstations; or use the survey QR code you may see on flyers and posters within your workplace or communications from CommonSpirit.
