The Well-being Team’s theme of the quarter is “Managing Your Stress,” and exercise is the perfect way to help manage stress.
Stress can affect our physical and mental health. When we engage in physical activity, it can helps with the production of those ‘feel good’ neurotransmitters: endorphins. Exercise also gives more energy, self-confidence and improves our mood.
