Kayla Piker Wins North Honey Bee Award

Congratulations Kayla Piker, PCT, for being recognized as a Honey Bee winner at North!

This is Kayla’s second Honey Bee award!

A visitor said she basically lived at CHI St. Vincent North for 10 days during the time her father was a patient there.

She said out of all the PCTs that cared for her dad, Kayla outshined them all in every way. Kayla was described as compassionate and went above and beyond to show commitment in every interaction.

“Although I am probably old enough to be her mom, she was a true inspiration to me and I hope someday that I can be as kind and wonderful as she is.“

The visitor said that her dad is not always the best patient, but throughout his stay, Kayla was positive, helpful, kind, not judgmental, patient and loyal.

“I want her to know she is loved and appreciated. She more than deserves recognition.”
