“Let Thy Food Be Thy Medicine” | Celebrate National Nutrition Month This March

Did you know National Nutrition Month is celebrated in March? This is an excellent opportunity to stress the importance of a balanced diet and exercise.

“Let thy food be thy medicine,” was said by Hippocrates and can still be applied today. Your body gets nutrients from a healthy, balanced diet. These nutrients are fuel that give you energy, as well as keep your heart beating, brain active and keep those muscles working properly.

To help you celebrate March Nutrition Month, we will be offering 300 voucher points by sending your favorite healthy recipe. These voucher points can be used toward the CommonSpirit MyWellness Program.
