Thank you to all who completed the annual coworker survey; we’re grateful that you took the time to give your feedback. Our survey administration firm is now compiling responses from across our ministry. Your manager will share overall and departmental results with you.
Your responses will help us identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, support our teams and continue to develop a positive, mission-driven, high-performance culture. For example, last year’s survey told us we need to build better alliances between peers and among managers and employees, including appropriate resources and tools, to resolve disagreements or safety concerns. Together, we created a Culture of Safety Toolkit (for CHI) to give employees the tools and resources needed to speak up and resolve issues when a safety concern arises. Leaders also have new tools to help employees be heard and collaborate at the unit level.
