Welcome Nancy Brown as the New Chief Nursing Executive

We are excited to announce Nancy Brown, RN BSN MNSc, as chief nursing executive for CHI St. Vincent and vice president of Patient Care Services for at Infirmary, North and Morrilton. Nancy joins us after a long and successful career as the chief nursing officer at Norman Regional Health System (NRHS) in Norman, Okla., where she has served since 2004. During Nancy’s tenure at NRHS she has provided oversight for system quality functions demonstrating marked improvement in quality, safety and patient experience measures.

Nancy was also integral in the transition of Moore Medical Center (part of NRHS) after it was destroyed in May 2013 by a F5  Tornado. She has ties to Arkansas as was also the vice president of Patient Care Services from 1995-2003 in Pine Bluff, Ark.

Nancy is known to have strong engagement with physicians, peers, and the board, and utilizes those key relationships to advance the mission of the work and involve others that can assist in impacting key outcomes. She is very committed to leader development and coworker engagement.

She is married to David and they have a son residing in Oklahoma and a daughter who currently resides in  Little Rock.
