My Healthy Spirit Offers Discount Memberships for Co-workers at Local Fitness Clubs

My Healthy Spirit Kick Off events will be held Wednesday, January 13 in Hot Springs. Kick off events at Infirmary will be held Thursday, January 7 and Friday, January 8. Co-workers will have the chance to talk with representatives from fitness clubs and gyms and sign up for discounts on memberships.

In Hot Springs representatives from the following list of fitness clubs will be in the Mercy McAuley Room Wednesday, January 13 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
