Everything to Know About Coworker Thanksgiving Baskets

This year, there are a number of changes to how the coworker Thanksgiving baskets are put together and distributed. From now until Wednesday, Nov. 12, all CHI St. Vincent hospital campuses will be accepting donations to help stock coworker Thanksgiving boxes. These boxes will be stuffed with everything needed to put together a Thanksgiving dinner and given out to coworkers who need them. Here are the items we are asking coworkers to donate:

  • Canned yams
  • Canned green beans
  • Canned creamed corn
  • Boxed mashed potatoes
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Cookie mix
  • Brownie mix
  • Frosting

For those who need to take home a Thanksgiving food basket, there is no longer an application process. Instead, coworkers at the Infirmary and Hot Springs will come to the food pantry location at their campuses on Thursday, Nov. 20, and get a basket to take home. At the Infirmary, the pantry will be open from 9:30 a.m. to noon, while the hours in Hot Springs are 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Coworkers in Morrilton and North will not need to come to a food pantry. Instead, you will fill out this Google form and we will make sure the Thanksgiving boxes reach you.
