Chef Frédéric Mercier Wished the Infirmary Bon Appétit
As a way to keep our Infirmary cafeteria’s food creative and culturally diverse, Sodexo’s Executive Chef Frédéric Mercier, a global chef from France, spent time with Chef Patricia Ratliff, preparing a French meal for coworkers. The meal included pork ribs, anchovy pizza, ratatouille and biscuits made with thyme, lavender and oregano. It was a fun exchange of cultures and tastes, and we look forward to his next visit.
