After careful consideration and wanting to continue our commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our growing patient population, CHI St. Vincent Primary and Convenient Care Clinic – University is moving.

Even though the clinic is changing its location and name, patients can expect the same great care! The physicians, hours and phone number will remain the same.

CHI St. Vincent Primary and Convenient Care Clinic – Kanis will start seeing patients at the new clinic on Monday, December 5, 2022.
