EVS Team Recognizes Nursing Staff for Efforts to Enhance Cleanliness

A friendly hospital staff and a clean, infection-free environment can make the difference between a good patient experience and a bad one. And it’s everyone’s responsibility. That’s why our Environmental Services (EVS) team recognizes departments for making strides to improve the cleanliness of their nursing floor.

This month, the EVS team awarded two trophies to nursing units–one with the highest patient satisfaction score for cleanliness and the nursing unit with the most improved patient satisfaction score for cleanliness.

Congratulations to the Infirmary 2E team for receiving the most improved trophy with a 20% increase increase in HCAHPS cleanliness scores.

 

 

 

 

 

Maternal Child won the trophy for highest HCAHPS cleanliness scores and will celebrate with a pizza party hosted by EVS.
