Flu Shot Dates Now Set for Coworkers

Flu season is just around the corner, and that means it’s time for all CHI St. Vincent coworkers to get their flu shots. Flu vaccinations will be available for all coworkers at hospital locations and the CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute.

All coworkers are required to provide their flu vaccine status by Dec. 1, 2025. Any coworker who declines the flu vaccine must wear a mask at all times while in CommonSpirit Health facilities, except when in mask-free zones.

Any CHI St. Vincent coworker may attend any of the flu vaccine clinics and get a free flu shot offered at our hospital campuses and at CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute. Once you have received your flu vaccine or choose to decline it, you must update your vaccine status in the CommonSpirit ReadySet portal.

  • Providers: Nov. 20, 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Physician Dining Room
• Hot Springs
  • Coworkers: Oct. 27 and Nov. 19, 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Dublin Room
  • Providers: Nov. 18, 6:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Physician Dining Room
• North
  • Oct. 8-9, Oct. 21-23, and Nov. 12-14; 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Regions Room
• Morrilton
  • Oct. 17 and Nov. 3, 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Employee Dining Room
• Heart Institute
  • Oct. 24 and Nov. 11, 7 a.m.-noon, Employee Break Room
