Hot Springs Celebrates Patricia White as Service Hero

Congratulations Patricia White, EVS, for being named a Hot Springs service hero!

Ms. Pat is described as always smiling and staying positive. She uplifts patients and coworkers every single day she is at work. A coworker said she goes above and beyond to make sure every patient is happy and has everything they need before she leaves the room.

“I can’t nominate this coworker for just one day or particular instance because she displays these characteristics on a daily basis.”

Coworkers say if they’re walking down the hall, she never fails to ask if they’re okay or if they need anything. She always tells coworkers that she sees how hard they work and how it’s appreciated.
