Hot Springs PCA Awarded Service Hero Honor

We are proud to announce that Oliver Aquino, PCA at Hot Springs, has received the CHI St. Vincent Service Hero Award! Oliver was nominated by two different patient families, and their stories show off Oliver’s remarkable compassion and understanding in patient care. Here’s their nominations:

“My son has autism, was restless and wanted to color that night when this person was working. This person searched up my child’s favorite movie, Rio. So he took time to print out coloring sheets and provided crayons as well. He gained my son’s trust and cooperation because he showed compassion and understanding his condition.“

“I can tell that he loves people. He genuinely cared for me. He knew what he was doing. He works and supports his coworkers. I never felt forgotten and always there when I needed something.”
