Infirmary RNRP Program Earns “Distinguished Honor”

Congratulations to the Infirmary RN Residency Program RP for being awarded the Practice Transition Accreditation Program credential!

This is an accreditation awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a global organization.

The Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP) programs set the standard for residency or fellowship programs that transition registered nurses (RNs) and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) into new practice settings.

The RN residents participated in a survey from ANCC which was part of the requirements to receive the credential.

Currently, there are 250 programs in 839 healthcare sites with this accreditation, and CHI St. Vincent Infirmary is the third program in Arkansas to earn this honor!
