Jen Perry, Kim Ferguson Promoted in Pharmacy

Congratulations to Jen Perry, Pharm.D., and Kim Ferguson, Pharm.D., who have been promoted in their roles within Pharmacy.

Jen will serve as Division Director of Pharmacy Operations for Common Spirit’s Southeast Division, and Kim will be CHI St. Vincent’s pharmacy director.

Kim will be responsible for all Pharmacy operations and functions within CHI St. Vincent, including providing pharmacy services to each hospital, specialty satellites, retail pharmacy, pharmacy practice locations and Employee Rx. 

Kim recently celebrated her 20-year service anniversary with the organization and has served as Director of Pharmacy at CHI St. Vincent Rehab and most recently Director of Pharmacy at Hot Springs. Kim is familiar with pharmacy operations across the system, having worked at the Infirmary before moving to Hot Springs in 2016.

Jen has served as Central Arkansas’ pharmacy director for three years and will continue to work from the Infirmary. She will be focused on developing and coordinating operationally-related quality, safety and budgetary programs to ensure compliant, safe and efficient pharmacy services. She will continue working collaboratively with Kim and the pharmacy leadership team in addition to taking on added responsibility for the Southeast Division.
