Congratulations to Julie Hendrickson, RN, for being recognized as a Service Hero at North. She put our values into action by demonstrating Compassion after continually treating her patients with the utmost professionalism, patience and respect. Read a snip from her nomination below:

There have been few times in my life that I have felt the care and compassion that you have shown me and my wife, during my time here and for as long as I’ll be here. I could not have made it through any of this without you in particular, surrounded by the most professional, patient and sweetest women I have ever had the pleasure to know. We are dearly blessed by you and the other nurses, both now, during my stay here, and for the rest of our lives. I could never forget you. You give so much of yourself in the kindness you show and the lives you touch. That’s why you deserve a heartfelt “thank you” and a wish that all the goodness you share comes back to you.
