Congratulations to Melanie Morrison, RN, Med/Surg/Step Down, and Brad Doty, RN, Med/Surg/Step Down, for being recognized as Service Heroes at Morrilton. They put our values into action by demonstrating COMPASSION after assisting with the Compassion Room that is used by families who are grieving. Read a snip from their nomination:

Melanie and Brad assisted with our Compassion room, for families who have a loved one in our care who are near death or hospice. This respite room has gotten so many compliments from families and staff. A great quiet, peaceful, retreat where families can share moments together during very hard times.
