Hot Springs Hosts Opioid Education Summit

The Substance Abuse and Prevention team and Region 8 Prevention Provider will host an Opioid Education and Prevention Summit on Tuesday, June 5, from 11:30am-1pm, in the Dublin Room.

Presenting speakers will be Kirk Lane, State Drug Director; Kent Thompson, Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC); Cheryl May, Director, Criminal Justice Institute (CJI); Diane Bynum, Director of Clinical Services, Quapaw House Inc; and Michelle Young-Hobbs, Program Director, Division of Aging, Adult Services and Behavioral Health.
