Pamela Scott Named Hot Springs Service Hero

Pamela Scott was named Service Hero in Hot Springs for displaying the values of EXCELLENCE and COMPASSION.

Part of being a caregiver is taking care of the patient’s needs, whatever they may be. Pamela made quite the impression on her patient’s family by doing just that.

The family raved about how she provided exceptional care for their father, going above and beyond, even giving him a “makeover.” They summed it up in three words, “She was phenomonal!”
