Pets of St. Vincent – Fuzzynuts
We’re going a little bit unorthodox for this week’s Pet of St. Vincent. In honor of Halloween, we wanted to recognize the original trick-or-treater at the Infirmary. This is Fuzzynuts, a permanent fixture at the physician and marketing entrances!
If you’ve ever come in the Infirmary rear entrance, chances are you’ve met Fuzzynuts. This adorable eastern gray squirrel has made a career out of scavenging and begging for food from willing coworkers. Typically, Fuzzy is quick to snatch up any scraps that happen to fall his way, though he’s not above doing some begging/trick-or-treating to get the marketing folks to cough up a few peanuts. Fuzzynuts has become one of the team at the Infirmary, and we wish him a very warm and satisfying rest during the upcoming cold months.
If you have a pet you’d like us to feature as a Pet of St. Vincent, tell us about them! Just click this link and fill out the form to submit them, and make sure to include several high-quality photos so we can show them off!
