Pets of St. Vincent – Sara
We’re spotlighting one of our amazing senior pups for our Pets of St. Vincent spotlight this week. Meet Sara, a 14-year-old Pomeranian Chihuahua mix, owned by Melanie Delgman, RN, at the Infirmary!
According to Melanie, Sara believes she is a human. She is very good at communicating her needs, including when she wants outside, when she wants to be fed, and when it’s bedtime (which means Sara gets the pillows at the head of the bed). Sara is always quick to run and greet Melanie when she arrives home and pulls out the big, sad eyes when Melanie has to leave. She is a smiling, gentle pup who loves attention and is happiest when her people are there.
We’re so happy we could highlight Sara this week! Don’t forget, if you want us to put your pet in the spotlight, make sure to nominate them to be a Pet of St. Vincent! Be sure to include some good quality photos so we can show them off on our blog and social channels.
