Radiology Techs Complete Career Ladder Advancement Program
Congratulations to all of our Radiology Technologists who participated in the 2016 Radiology Tech Career Ladder program at CHI St. Vincent. Participants went through a very challenging process to achieve points related to continued learning and development and enhancing patient care and customer service.
Advancement through the Radiologic Technology Career ladder is achieved through the completion process and requires the technologist to prepare a comprehensive portfolio that illustrates how his/her level of practice adhere to the specific elements described in each of the four levels of achievement. Advancement is voluntary. Each level on the career ladder has specific criteria that must be met. Criteria becomes increasingly more complex as the technologist moves up the ladder.
