Sarah Gaines was named Service Hero at Morrilton for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

“Little things make all the difference.” We’ve heard it all our lives. Unfortunately in health care, we are so focused on the “big things” that the little ones can go unnoticed. One patient in Morrilton, who’s stay was longer than anticipated, just wanted a shave and a haircut. Little things that would mean so much. Sarah took the time to tend to the little things. They meant everything to the patient. He said she was an angel and deserves to be recognized for all that she does for others during their time of need.
