SEEC Thanksgiving Basket Applications Now Available

Thanksgiving is a time for giving thanks, but that can be hard when times are tough.

If you need extra help this holiday season, please apply to the Service Excellence Employee Council (SEEC) Thanksgiving basket give away.

Thanksgiving basket application forms are due Monday, Oct. 30.  Click here to access the application form.

To be eligible, applicants must:

• work for CHI St. Vincent of one of its contractors
• be employed at least 90 days
• have no written final warnings on file
• be signed and verified by your supervisor

Thanksgiving baskets will be available for pick up Friday, Nov. 17.
