Service Hero Goes the Extra Mile to Help a Patient’s Family

We are thrilled to share that Jenelle Sullivan, from Food and Nutrition Services at North, has received the CHI St. Vincent Service Hero Award! Jenelle recently went above and beyond for a patient’s family member who left her credit card in the cafeteria. Here’s what that family member had to say:

“I got coffee early this morning and had a conversation with Jenelle. I left my credit card and she found me through Facebook, she remembered where I was from. I was so appreciative of her efforts, my mother is a patient here and dealing with a lost credit card would have been an extra worry. Jenelle’s effort and kindness are much appreciated.”
