The Cafeteria Wants Feedback from You

The cafeteria wants to find out from you how they can improve.

A consumer experience survey is being conducted at each of the four hospitals until Friday, March 1.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes and asks for feedback on a variety of topics, including quality of food, menu options, hours of service and staff.

As a thanks, you will receive a coupon for a free item when you have completed the survey. Print the coupon or take a picture on your phone to receive your free item.
