We Value Your Voice: Let it Be Heard in the Coworker Survey
We’re so grateful for the talent and dedication that you bring to our healing ministry, and we value your voice, which is why you’re invited to complete our annual coworker survey.
Your personal link to the survey is in an email you received on May 3 from [email protected] (sent by our survey administration firm, SMD/Press Ganey) inviting you to take the survey.
If you can’t find that email, you can also access and complete the survey by visiting MyEmployeeExperience.org and following the login instructions. There’s a desktop shortcut to MyEmployeeExperience.org on CommonSpirit workstations; or, you can scan the survey QR code you may see on flyers and posters within your workplace or in online communications from CommonSpirit.
As we continue to move through the pandemic and vaccination efforts, it is especially important to hear your feedback so that we can work better, together. We have used previous survey results to advance a positive, mission-driven, high-performance culture. For example, in last year’s survey, you said you consider having the right tools and resources important for success. So, we worked together on our brand new MyBenefits portal.
We welcome new employees with a common ministry-wide orientation for a “best first day” experience. Then, we keep in touch with connect, our employee mobile app, now available across our ministry.
Our transition to Google Workspace helps us work better together and provides tools and resources to help us thrive. We’ve also begun to implement My HR Information, our new system for key HR services, including performance management.
