4-West Team Named Hot Springs Service Hero

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs awarded a Service Hero Award to the 4-West team for #CHILivingOurMission.

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs President Tony Houston and Vice President for Patient Care Services Bryan Williams presented the award, which is given after feedback received from www.chistvincent.com/praise.

Here’s an excerpt from the nomination letter about the 4-West team:

“We had a young patient who was dying of cancer. We took care of her many times. We found out yesterday she had passed away two weeks ago and was still at the funeral home due to no burial insurance/funds. The 4-West team, including Dr. Tim Webb, collected money to have her buried. This team pulled together in a compassionate way so this young woman and her family could provide her with dignity. God Bless This Hospital.”
