Alesa Garner Honored with Hickingbotham Award for Service

Congratulations to Alesa Garner, recipient of the 2018 Hickingbotham Award for Service from the Arkansas Chapter of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

The award is the highest award given by the chapter.

Alesa, program coordinator for CHI St. Vincent’s New Outlook Cancer Recovery Program and a breast cancer survivor, received the award because of her work as a leader, volunteer, hero, workhorse and visionary to battle cancer.

Since 1999, New Outlook has provided assistance to more than 11,000 cancer survivors in every county in Arkansas.
