You may be a candidate for bariatric surgery if:
• You are between the ages of 18-70
• You have struggled with obesity for the majority of your life
• You have a BMI of 40 (or 35 with presence of co-morbidities)
Dr. Ingram offers Gastric Sleeve weight loss surgery, where a portion of your stomach is removed to reduce both hunger and the amount of food you can eat. Most patients are able to return to work two weeks after surgery.
