Brian Hodge Named Hot Springs Service Hero

Brian Hodge, a monitor tech in Hot Springs, was recognized as a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Brian was nominated by the 4East team for his quick response to a critical change in a patient’s condition.

Brian’s prompt action led the nursing staff and physicians to assess, treat and ultimately transfer the patient to receive the critical nursing care needed.

A big thanks goes to Brian. Without his watchful eye, this patient would have suffered a completely different outcome.
