CHI St. Vincent New Outlook Cancer Recovery Program Receives $1,300 in Donations
We live in an amazing community that wants to keep our ministry going! Recently, New Outlook Cancer Recovery Program at CHI St. Vincent received two gracious donations.
First, the City of Little Rock 911 Call Center donated $1,000 to the program. During the month of October, the center raised funds to give to an organization who helps breast cancer patients and they chose New Outlook.
Second, Mount Saint Mary’s volleyball team dedicated one night in October to Pink Out. Throughout that night, money is raised to donate to New Outlook to help breast cancer patients. This year the team was able to raise $300 and it was given to New Outlook.
Thank you to both the City of Little Rock 911 Call Center and the MSM volleyball team!
New Outlook provides assistance in dealing with the effects of cancer and its treatment. Some of the services they offer include wigs and head scarves, makeover classes, support groups and counseling.
