Co-worker RN Referral Bonus

As part of the CHI St. Vincent Recruitment and Retention program, a monetary reward will be given to those co-workers referring an experienced bedside RN for full-time employment as well as to the RN recruited into the system. The deadline is July 31.

Co-workers referring full-time night or evening shift, bedside RNS may be eligible to receive a $10,000 bonus paid in increments of $3,000 after the new hire successfully completes 90 days, $4,000 after the new hire successfully completes two years of continuous service.

Co-workers referring full-time day shift, bedside RNs may be eligible to receive a $5,000 bonus paid in increments of $1,500 after the new hire successfully completes 90 days, $2,000 after the new hire successfully completes one year of continuous service, and $1,500 after the new hire successfully completes two years of continuous service.

The RN recruit (applicant) must meet specific criteria in order to be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $6,000. The bonus will be paid to the RN recruit in $2,000 increments at the successful completion of 90 days one (1) year, and two (2) years of continuous service.
