Coworkers Required to Get Flu Shot by Dec. 7

All coworkers, including contract coworkers, are required to have the flu shot by Dec. 7. Spouses covered under the health plan will also be able to get a flu shot if accompanied by their spouse or if they bring a ticket to Employee Health.

7-11am and Noon-3:30pm (Employee Health Human Resources)

Hot Springs
Each Monday-Friday through Dec. 7
7-11am and Noon-3:30pm (Employee Health Human Resources)

Morrilton

North
Flu shot times will be communicated by your department manager.

To request an exemption, coworkers are required to submit an acknowledgement request form by Dec. 1.
