We’re Celebrating Our Team During Coworker Appreciation Week

David Cole was named Service Hero in Hot Springs for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

During the recent inclement weather, David stayed after his normal shift to help in the lab. When he was finally leaving around 2:30 AM, he spent over 2 hours in the Outpatient parking lot scraping random the windshields of vehicles belonging to patients and coworkers.

David is described as a generous man with a big heart. He consistently goes above and beyond to help when short staffed or to provide assistance to less experienced techs. David does whatever is needed.
