Doyle Shelnut Named Service Hero at North

Doyle Shelnut at North has been named a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

A patient wrote: “I have had several procedures done at SVN. I have had MRI, CT Scan, and I have had Doyle as my radiology tech several times. He is very nice and caring. He explains everything to where it is easy to understand. Recently my son had a MRI, and we again had Doyle. He was very kind, and understanding and is very great at his job. You have a great employee.”

Coworkers have written that Doyle stays late to help when needed. One day a visitor was trying to get a soda, and the machine would not take the bills the visitor was using. Doyle pulled out his debit card and paid for the soda. When the visitor thanked Doyle and tried to give him money, he refused.
