- Log 320 8-ounce glasses of water. If you drink eight glasses of water, five days a week for eight weeks, you will drink 320 glasses of water.

Did you know that exercise lowers your risk of heart disease and diabetes, improves your mood, and helps you sleep better at night?
- Log 400,000 steps. If you log 10,000 steps a day, five days a week for eight weeks, you will log 400,000 steps.

By being mindful and present, you can choose your response to a hectic lifestyle, and continue on a path to a calmer, saner, more purposeful life.
- Log 400 mindful minutes. If you log 10 minutes a day, five days a week for eight weeks, you will log 400 minutes.

Fruits and vegetables provide essential vitamins and minerals, some of which you can’t get anywhere else. They are low-calorie, fiber-rich, delicious and so good for you!
- Log 200 servings of fruits and vegetables. If you log five servings a day, five days a week for eight weeks, you will log 200 servings.
