Infirmary Discharge Specialist Wins Region Award

A big congratulations is in order for Carla Lewis, Discharge Specialist at the Infirmary, on receiving the CommonSpirit Health South Region Care Coordination Support Excellence Award for FY25!

Carla received two separate nominations for this award, both of which called out her willingness to go the extra mile for her teammates. They also mentioned her kindness, cheerful attitude, and her deep knowledge of care coordination that helps her provide resources and guidance for complex discharges. Carla is truly an asset to the care coordination team and all of CHI St. Vincent.
