It’s Time for Your CHI 401(K) Plan Contribution to Increase

The Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (the “CHI 401(k) Plan”) is in place to help you save for and reach your retirement goals. Whether you imagine yourself relaxing in a warm destination, working part-time, or chasing after grandchildren – we can help you reach these goals.

A key part of your retirement planning is ensuring you are contributing enough now to make sure you have enough saved for your retirement years. To help you stay on track with your contribution goals, the CHI 401(k) Plan features the annual increase program. If you are enrolled in the annual increase program and you’re contributing between 1% and 9% of your eligible, annual compensation – your contribution will be increased by 1% automatically each year until you reach 10%.

The automatic increase adjustments to your contribution percentage will occur in the February 15 paycheck. If you would prefer not to participate in the annual increase program, would like to change your contribution percentage or have any questions, please click here or call the Fidelity Retirement Service Center at 1.800.343.0860 by February 8, 2019.

If you are a newly enrolled participant in the annual increase program, you will receive a program enrollment letter in the first year of participation ONLY. Each year thereafter you will not receive any additional letters, however, you will receive a confirmation statement from Fidelity reflecting that the change has occurred. You can review changes or confirm your automatic increase program status on NetBenefits at www.netbenefits.com/atwork or by calling Fidelity at 1.800.343.0860 to speak to a representative.

CHI is pleased to offer retirement benefits to help you prepare and have the opportunity for a financially healthy retirement. Together we’re stronger and healthier.
